Action over empty promises
I would rather show a working system than describe a perfect one.
About
I work where education, operations and technology meet. My focus is simple: build people who can do the work, systems that keep working when someone is absent, and institutions that last.
Education Program Operations & AI Implementation Consultant
My working life started far from a classroom, in tailoring, business operations and entrepreneurship, where I learned practical problem-solving.
That background led me into education, first in operations and management and then in leadership roles. I have more than three years of experience across school operations, teacher training and AI-supported learning programmes.
Today I help education leaders organise their operations, introduce AI in sensible and measurable ways, and train teachers to use it responsibly. Alongside this, I interview educators around the world and publish those conversations so that others can learn from them.
I would rather show a working system than describe a perfect one.
If something cannot be checked, I will say so plainly.
Every school and every teacher I meet knows something I do not.
Good systems are built for people, and people deserve patience.
Commitments are kept, and limits are stated before work begins.
Claims on this site are published only when they can be supported.
Institutions named on this site, including Rehan School and its programmes, are separate organisations. Each project page describes my own role and does not imply personal ownership of any institution.
Consulting, teacher training, interviews and collaborations are all welcome.
